Job Summary

As the Client Finance Senior Manager you will be the hands-on commercial finance leader managing the financial performance of a group of key client accounts and helping scale digital / AI-enabled revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities and Skills

• Act as lead finance partner for assigned clients; own forecasts, monthly reviews, and annual planning
• Build and maintain detailed client-level financial models, including scenario analysis
• Shape pricing strategies and commercial structures that protect margins
• Oversee job health: monitor work in progress, burn versus budget, and under / over-delivery
• Align billing schedules, change orders, and reconciliations with client expectations
• Ensure digital, tech, and shared-service resources are allocated correctly under the distributed revenue model
• Provide insight into how AI-driven efficiency and digital products affect profitability
• Help operationalize the correct financial tracking model by ensuring work is tagged correctly
• Translate finance policies into practical tools and templates for account and project teams
• Support integration of legacy Woven and Boundless accounts into unified frameworks
• Mentor junior Client Finance analysts and managers

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus
• 6�9+ years in client / commercial finance or FP&A, preferably in agency, consulting, or digital services
• Proven experience managing multi-brand or multi-market client portfolio financials
• Strong understanding of project-based revenue, utilization, and job costing
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong communication and influence skills
