Join Fairport Rehab and Nursing Center, a 142-bed Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility with over 100 years of experience providing exceptional, personalized care to our community. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. As a CNA, you will provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Monitor, observe, and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
Accurately document food and fluid intake
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
Support nursing staff with treatments and resident care
Provide compassionate, respectful assistance to all residents
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour
Shift Differentials: Competitive shift differentials offered
Available Shifts: Day (7:00am – 3:00pm), Evening (3:00pm – 11:00pm), Night (11:00pm – 7:00am)
Schedule Options: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), Part-Time (22.5 hours per week), Weekend availability required
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time CNAs
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualification and Skills:
Current NYS CNA Certification (new graduates welcome to apply)
Prior experience in a healthcare or eldercare setting preferred
Ability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
Basic computer skills required
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Patient, compassionate, flexible, and dependable
Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
