Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and customer service, as well as adhering to all procedures and policies and making sure the entire crew does too. Time Management.
- Product, service, and image fall under the Shift Leaders, the cornerstones of Marco's.
- We are looking for FUTURE MANAGERS, we are willing to train you if you have what it takes.
- We are opening a lot of stores and are looking at Shift Leads to become General Managers.
- They are very well paid and have various incentives in place.
- We have lots of opportunity for growth for those who want it and work hard for it.
It's a fast-paced, FUN environment. We will train you to work all positions in the restaurant and train you on how to manage people and shifts and a profitable business.
