Who We’re Looking For
Licensed PT, PTA, OT, or OTA in Wisconsin
Leadership or supervisory experience in senior care, rehab, or SNF preferred
Passion for serving the geriatric population
Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
Committed to high standards of clinical care and accountability
