About the Job

As a creative leader at KH + Madden, you'll be responsible for developing visually compelling, brand-aligned marketing solutions across digital, social, print, and experiential platforms. You'll own the creative strategy for client projects, ensuring every campaign is built for success from the start.

From crafting eye-catching designs to simplifying complex content, you'll create work that influences attitudes, drives engagement, and delivers results. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, keeping everything on track and ensuring clients receive exceptional, on-brand creative solutions-on time and error-free.

You'll also be a mentor and resource for other designers, helping to optimize team workflows, develop skills, and elevate the overall creative output. Staying ahead of industry trends, UX/UI best practices, and emerging design tools is second nature to you, and you love sharing that knowledge to make the team stronger.
