In this role, you'll manage the mortgage process from origination through approval, working directly with borrowers while applying your expertise to review and approve your own loan files. If you enjoy building lasting relationships and being an active presence in the Holmen community, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do:

  • Underwrite your own loans and help review loans underwritten by your teammates
  • Build relationships with realtors, builders, and other partners in the community
  • Manage your own loan portfolio-including handling delinquencies when needed
  • Stay on top of mortgage programs including secondary market, USDA, VA, and construction loans
  • Actively participate in business development and community engagement opportunities
  • Collaborate with our Mortgage Processing Team to make the loan experience smooth and efficient
  • Other job duties as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of lending experience
  • Comfortable working independently while also being a team player
