Main Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure and maintain client satisfaction at prominent level in daily communication
- Lead project teams to provide professional and precise all-around service
- Develop new business by engaging clients
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to the team for high quality deliverables
- Build and develop research team
Experience:
- Bachelor degree and above, major in Marketing or Statistics would be a plus
- Marketing or Marketing research knowledge is a must
- Mastery of various methodologies and techniques of marketing research.
- Experienced in client facing
- Solid experience in providing complex project solutions.
- Experienced people manager
- Minimum 6-7 years marketing research related experience.
