Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Robotics, or related field)
5+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse automation, material handling systems, or industrial automation
Proven track record leading large-scale automation projects from design through implementation
Experience with robotics integration, controls programming, and system commissioning
Technical Skills
Proficiency with automation design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
Strong understanding of control systems (PLCs, robotics controllers, SCADA)
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and warehouse control systems (WCS)
Knowledge of AI/ML applications in logistics and automation
Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements
