The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Venue Manager to take full ownership of Little Mez.


You’ll lead the venue end-to-end, building a strong team, delivering an engaging guest experience, and driving financial and operational performance.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead from the floor, set the energy of the room, and create an environment where both guests and team want to be.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own overall venue performance across guest experience, team, and financial results
  • Drive service standards in a premium, cocktail-focused environment
  • Champion cocktail quality, product knowledge, and presentation
  • Build a strong, positive, and accountable team culture
  • Manage labour, cost of goods, and efficiencies to meet targets
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety requirements
  • Work with senior leadership on performance, strategy, and improvements


What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Venue Manager, Bar Manager, or ready to step up
  • LCQ and Duty Manager Certificate (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge, with a genuine passion for hospitality  
  • Confident in a late-night environment
  • Hands-on leader who leads from the floor
  • Strong communicator who engages both team and guests
