What You鈥檒l Do:
- Engage, play, and interact with children to encourage exploration and curiosity
- Create a warm, safe, and supportive classroom environment
- Guide toddlers as they build social skills, confidence, and independence
- Encourage positive interactions and help children navigate social situations
- Implement a creative, hands-on curriculum that supports early learning
- Observe and track developmental progress and communicate with families
- Collaborate with fellow educators to provide the best care and education
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards
What We鈥檙e Looking For:
- A genuine love for working with young children
- Patience, energy, and a positive attitude
- Understanding of child development and early education methods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to guide behavior and support emotional development
- Experience in early childhood education preferred鈥攂ut we will train the right candidate
- Current Food Handler鈥檚 Permit (required)
