The role in brief

Amdocs is seeking an Industry Analyst Relations Manager to lead the planning, execution, and measurement of global Analyst Relations (AR) programs within the Corporate Marketing team.
 
This role primarily supports Amdocs Global Services AR programs, strengthening relationships with global analyst firms to increase awareness and advocacy across communications and adjacent industries.

What will your job look like?

  • This position suits a professional who can work effectively both independently and in close collaboration with Analyst Relations colleagues and cross‑functional stakeholders across the business.
     
    The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of Analyst Relations initiatives, supporting Amdocs’ positioning within the analyst community and integrating analyst insights into business strategy.
     
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Managing proactive Analyst Relations programs across Analyst Discovery, Evaluation, Engagement, Development, and Advocacy Building.
    • Planning and delivering analyst engagements at industry events, as well as Amdocs‑hosted analyst days, summits, and roadshows.
    • Coordinating regular analyst interactions through briefings and inquiries to support alignment and advocacy.
    • Collecting, synthesizing, and sharing analyst feedback and insights internally to inform strategic decision‑making.
    • Collaborating across teams to communicate a consistent and compelling Amdocs narrative.
    • Advising internal stakeholders on analyst engagements, including custom research, strategy sessions, speaking opportunities, and webinars.
    • Delivering timely, effective internal and external communications with a strong focus on audience value.

All you need is...

  • 5+ years of experience in Industry Analyst Relations or related B2B relationship management roles.
  • Experience working effectively in multinational, cross‑functional environments.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently while maintaining alignment with core objectives.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem‑solving skills when addressing complex challenges.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities, balancing long‑term relationships with short‑term goals.
  • Experience with Gartner and other major analyst RFI and report submissions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust internally and externally.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to summarize insights for senior‑level audiences.
  • Telecom IT industry experience is an advantage but not required.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Relevant relationship management experience in a B2B technology environment; specific academic background not required.
  • Confident user of AI‑enabled tools, including Copilot.
