Are you a problem solver with strong quantitative skills? Do you enjoy working in a bespoke solutions trading team focused on developing and hedging complex client transactions? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

• generate revenue and grow client business
• proactively keep on top of market developments and trading opportunities
• provide pricing support to support growing QIS initiatives
• facilitate client order flow and execution
• build and run desk tools for risk reports, fills analysis, perform detailed Pnl analysis, design improved summary reports of key drivers of Pnl (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• follow regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits and compliance policies

• have a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments and strategies across asset classes

• Python experience with ability to use AI tools to code faster
