Primary Purpose:
The Lead Childcare Worker/Assistant Coordinator is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children. This role requires full compliance with Texas Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers and supports the goals of the Texas Rising Star program. This role will also assist the Daycare Coordinator in the daily operation, supervision, and administration of the CUBS Early Learning Center; this role may also serve as a leadership presence and may act in the coordinator's absence when delegated.
Education/Certification:
Child Development Associate credential or Certified Child Care Professional credential with six college credit hours in management
