Job Description

Better Companies is a multi-brand financial services organization providing debt relief, tax support, and business funding solutions. As we continue to grow, we are focused on building a more polished, organized, and people-first office environment across our brands.

We are seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Receptionist to serve as the face of our Irvine office. This role is far more than a traditional front desk position. The ideal candidate will help create a welcoming, high-energy environment while supporting day-to-day office operations, employee experience initiatives, leadership support, and cross-functional coordination.

This position supports both Better Tax Relief and Better Debt Solutions and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and employees with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized, polished office environment
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
  • Coordinate mail, deliveries, office supplies, and facility requests
  • Support meeting coordination, office events, and employee engagement activities
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and training support
  • Help maintain accurate records and internal communications
  • Keep common areas, conference rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces clean and presentable
  • Assist leadership and operations teams with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Support office culture initiatives, celebrations, and team morale efforts

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of receptionist, administrative, or office coordination experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptionally polished and professional presence
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • Familiarity with Canva and basic social media/content updates is a plus
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
