Certified Medication Aide (CMA) – Health Care Center

Full-Time 2nd shift

What You’ll Do





  • Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and ambulation




  • Assist residents with meals, toileting, and daily living activities




  • Accurately administer prescribed medications and document according to protocols




  • Monitor for adverse medication reactions and report to supervising nurse




  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care and medication environment




  • Support rehabilitation efforts and resident mobility goals




  • Communicate resident needs and changes effectively to the nursing team




  • Ensure comfort, respect, and dignity for all residents




  • Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff







What We’re Looking For





  • Licenses/Certifications: Current Kansas CNA and CMA certifications, plus valid CPR certification




  • Experience: Long-term care experience preferred, but not required




  • Skills: Compassionate communication, reliability, and strong documentation habits




  • Schedule: Second Shift, 2PM-10:30PM







What We Offer





  • Pay: $16.25/hr starting base pay, based on experience




  • Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hr for 2nd shift




  • Weekend Differential: Additional $2.00/hr when scheduled on weekends




  • Attendance Bonus: Available Perfect Attendance bonus of $2.00/hr
