We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow strategic relationships with key apparel brand clients. This role will be responsible for driving revenue, managing day-to-day account activity, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver strong product, service, and commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep experience working with apparel brands, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to manage complex accounts in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own and manage a portfolio of apparel brand accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted partner 

  • Drive revenue growth through account development, opportunity identification, and strategic selling 

  • Build strong client relationships at multiple levels, including design, merchandising, sourcing, and leadership teams 

  • Partner cross-functionally with design, product development, production, and operations to deliver against client expectations 

  • Lead seasonal line reviews, presentations, and client meetings 

  • Manage pricing, costing, margins, and commercial negotiations to meet business targets 

  • Oversee order management, forecasts, and pipeline tracking to ensure accuracy and visibility 

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue growth 

  • Monitor market trends, brand strategies, and competitive landscape to inform account strategy 

  • Resolve issues related to product, delivery, or service with urgency and professionalism 

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates for internal leadership 

Qualifications 

  • 7–10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services within the apparel industry 

  • Direct experience working with apparel brands or branded apparel businesses  

  • Strong understanding of apparel product development, sourcing, and production cycles 

  • Proven ability to grow accounts and manage complex client relationships 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 

  • Strong commercial acumen (pricing, margins, forecasts, revenue management) 

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or similar systems 

Compensation/Benefits: 

  • The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
