Proof of certificates, education, etc. will be required upon recommendation for employment.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California Class B Driver's License with passenger and air brakes endorsement
- Valid California Special Driver Certificate (CHP 295) for school bus operation with no restrictions, with the exception of Automatic Transmission Only and/or First Aid Test Waived
- Valid First Aid certification
- Six (6) months of experience as a school bus driver
OR
- Successful completion of District or other approved bus driver training programs
