Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic oversight and governance to support the organization’s mission and goals

- Participate actively in board meetings, committees, and organizational planning

- Advocate for the health needs of the community and promote awareness of the center’s services

- Assist in fundraising efforts and resource development initiatives

- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards

- Support organizational growth through community engagement and partnership development
