Now Hiring: Experienced Director of Nursing (DON)

Complete Care at Brick is actively seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations at our 137-bed, 4-star rated skilled nursing facility. This role requires a proven leader with prior DON experience in long-term care who can step in, lead confidently, and drive results.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all nursing operations within the facility

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations

• Lead survey readiness efforts and manage survey process

• Monitor and improve clinical outcomes and quality measures

• Supervise, mentor, and hold nursing staff accountable

• Collaborate with the Administrator and leadership team

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and overall nursing department performance

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Active RN license in New Jersey (required)

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility (required)

• Strong survey history and regulatory knowledge (required)

• Experience managing clinical teams in long-term care (required)

• Demonstrated ability to improve clinical outcomes and lead teams effectively
