Your Mission:
In this role, you will be responsible
for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives from
our headquarters, supporting 9 locations worldwide.

Your Tasks:


    • Lean Activities: You lead problem-solving
      initiatives to identify root causes and implement improvements, utilizing
      Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for operational enhancements.
    • Team Support & Development: You support teams in crafting future
      state designs and implementing improvements, including developing
      Lean-focused layouts and processes for greenfield and brownfield projects.
    • Standard Work Implementation and Leadership Coaching: You facilitate
      the introduction and tracking of standard work across locations, while
      coaching leadership teams in Lean techniques to cultivate a culture of
      continuous improvement.
    • Reporting and Communication: You prepare detailed reports for the
      Steering Committee, outlining project status and strategic direction.
    • Training and Capability Building: You identify, and address training
      needs to enhance Lean capabilities throughout the organization.

Requirements:


  • Educational Background: University degree in
    Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Proven track record of
    successfully leading large-scale Lean transformations as a production
    manager or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Lean
    operations, Kaizen, Six Sigma tools, and other continuous improvement
    methodologies.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management
    skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding
    communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at
    all levels of the organization.
  • Change Management: Experience in change management
    and driving cultural transformation.
  • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel to
    support global locations.
  • Langauges: Fluent German and English language skills
