POSITION: Treasury Services Sales Representative
REPORTS TO: Treasury Services Manager

ROLE SUMMARY:
This position provides sales and administrative support to the Treasury Services Team.
SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS (DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES):
- Assist Treasury Services Sales Specialist(s) with analysis pricing and completion of RFP’s for Public Bids.
- Organize, maintain and image as necessary Treasury Services department files.
- Order and maintain a supply of Payroll cards for distribution to local customers; ensure Treasury Services Sales Specialists maintain appropriate inventory locally to support customer needs.
- Register Payroll Cards as needed for new customers, may involve onsite visit to place of business.
- Order and ensure delivery of Treasury Services service related equipment to customers.
- Schedule customer appointments for Treasury Services Sales Specialists as requested.
- Be familiar with all treasury services, and knowledgeable of less complex services such as Bill Pay and Payroll Cards.
- Serve as market based sales associate for small, less complex customer relationships as needed, including facilitating maintenance requests for Regional based Treasury Services Specialists
- Complete enrollment forms, approvals and other documents to facilitate new treasury set/ups and prepare for delivery to TS set/up team
- Keeps Accounts and Services Workbook updated with customer information
- Complete Analysis Workbooks as needed
- Respond to Treasury Services Sales Specialist with inquiries as needed for Treasury Services set-ups.
- Support in person Training events for customers as required
- Facilitate all in person RDC site visits as required
- Participate in special projects for Treasury Services department as assigned.

- Must be able to organize daily work flow.
- Maintain a professional appearance and work area.
- Local and out of state travel may occasionally be required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative support role or working in a banking environment.
- Capable user of standard office equipment/software applications.
- Ability to prioritize multiple customer requests with effectiveness and efficiency
