Job Summary
We are on the lookout for an experienced Global Expert Engagement Surveys & Analytics to lead impactful global initiatives with a focus on employee engagement surveys and feedback processes, and data-driven insights, serving 28,000+ employees across 50+ countries worldwide. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Learning & Development and collaborates closely with regional colleagues across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted expert, driving global projects and processes related to employee engagement surveys and feedback initiatives,
- Lead the execution, analysis, and follow-up of the global Employee Engagement Survey across all regions and business units,
- Manage employee feedback processes and tools (e.g. pulse surveys, lifecycle surveys, focus groups),
- Collaborate with the HR community and leadership teams to structure survey insights into actionable initiatives,
- Translate survey insights into clear and compelling strategic narratives and prepare executive-ready materials for senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and board-level audiences,
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to track engagement trends, KPIs, and key insights,
- Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure survey quality, data integrity, and timely delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in employee engagement, HR analytics, or a related L&D field,
- Fluent English (both written and spoken); German would be a plus,
- Proven expertise in project management, preferably in a leading position with regional or global scope,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data,
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis) and PowerPoint (visual storytelling and senior-level presentations),
- Comfortable working with HR data, metrics, and survey tools (e.g. Qualtrics, Glint, CultureAmp, etc.),
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar systems like Workday),
- A positive, proactive and pragmatic mindset with strong intercultural awareness,
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
- Willingness to travel up to 30% (including to HQ in Cologne, Germany).
