Enablement Project Manager
About the opportunity
Enablement Project Managers are responsible for leading and supporting strategic and operational initiatives that enable customer facing project managers and project teams to deliver with quality. The Enablement Project Manager aligns departments, manages interdependencies, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope. Strong Enablement Project Managers are effective change agents for the business and enable the organization to execute efficiently and consistently.

Skills and experience we value
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business, Technology, or related field
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects
- Demonstrated success delivering initiatives on time and within scope
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Experience managing technology-enabled or process transformation projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management
- Experience in HCM software implementation
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and tools such as Smartsheet, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Outlook and Office applications
- Hands-on experience using AI / LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) in business applications
- Experience working with data (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar); SQL or database experience is a plus
- Experience with content authoring and management systems is an asset
- Experience building or supporting automation, workflows, or scalable solutions
- Solid technical foundation with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologies
