Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drinks, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink service during banquets or catering events.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple guests during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous as a server or bartender experience in a restaurant or bar setting is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- Experience with fine dining service or banquet operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of various beverage types, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
