Requirements
- Licensing: Must obtain and maintain an active Insurance License upon employment.
- Experience: No previous insurance experience required but a desire to learn the industry is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer Oriented: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and meeting clients’ insurance needs.
- Adaptability: Ability to understand and apply insurance knowledge to real-world scenarios.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work effectively within a sales team.
- Drive: Self-motivated and eager to achieve sales goals and quotas.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for client management and engagement.
You must currently live in one of the following states:
Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Indiana, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, South Dakota, Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Arizona, or North Carolina
Responsibilities

- Guide them to the right Allstate solutions for their needs
- Manage live transfers from our telemarketing team
