What you'll do:
- Operations: Oversee daily branch and distribution operations to ensure efficiency, service excellence, and safety compliance
- Sales & Customer Experience: Support and drive customer service excellence while contributing to local sales growth initiatives
- Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and develop employees to build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team
- Financial Performance: Support branch profitability through sales growth, margin improvement, and cost management
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to optimize performance and customer satisfaction
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, service levels, and overall branch performance
What you'll bring:
- Post-secondary education in business, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–7 years of experience in distribution, construction, or a related industry
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Business acumen with the ability to understand financial and operational metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license
