Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
-Minor repairs
-Light grounds keeping
-Painting, touch ups as well as new paint jobs.
-Cleaning and organizing to keep locations neat.
Qualifications:
-1-3+ years maintenance experience
- "Take charge" attitude and personality
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Light carpentry and painting skills necessary

Salary Range (NY only): $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
