Warehouse Laborer

Kauai Air Conditioning & Plumbing, a respected local mechanical contractor, is seeking a hardworking and motivated Warehouse Laborer to join our team. Reliability, punctuality, strong work ethic, and the ability to take initiative are essential.

The Warehouse/Delivery Driver works under the supervision of the Installations Department Manager. The primary function of the Warehouse/Delivery Driver is to carry out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory in accordance with purchase orders and job schedules. Their duties include loading orders onto trucks, delivering materials, organizing incoming stock, and putting the appropriate labels on incoming parcels.

Job Functions

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Deliver and pick up materials and equipment in company vehicles.
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory control and keep quality standards high for audits.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
  • Complete daily logs and cycle counting of inventory.
  • Maintain consistent productivity throughout the workday.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse vehicle.
  • Take responsibility for safety performance and program compliance within the warehouse.
  • Any additional duties/responsibilities deemed necessary.
