Job Description:
Steelial Construction and Metal Fabrication is seeking skilled TIG Welders to support our industrial construction and conveyor system projects throughout Southwest Ohio and surrounding areas. This role involves field welding, fabrication, and installation support on active job sites. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable working in industrial environments with moderate travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys.
  • Weld conveyor components, frames, supports, and industrial equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
  • Work alongside millwrights and other trades during equipment installation.
  • Maintain weld quality standards and follow established safety procedures.
  • Travel to customer job sites as required (approximately 25% travel).
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of TIG welding experience, preferably in industrial or field environments.
  • Experience welding components associated with conveyor systems or mechanical installations.
  • Strong knowledge of welding procedures, materials, and joint preparation.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work overtime, nights, or weekends as project schedules require.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills (Plus, Not Required):
  • Field fabrication or installation experience.
  • Ability to assist with layout, fit-up, and equipment installation.
  • Experience in steel mills, manufacturing plants, or heavy industrial environments.
