My Wireless, a nationwide authorized retailer for Liberty Mobile PR, has an immediate opening for a Liberty Mobile PR – Retail Kiosk Manager to join its growing Liberty team in Puerto Rico. As a Liberty Mobile PR Retail Sales Manager, you will help provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of products and services offered by Liberty. 



 



Liberty Mobile PR Full-Time Retail Kiosk Managers at My Wireless are offered a competitive annual base salary of $33,600 per year plus commissions based on a draw system — you will earn whichever is higher between your base salary or your earned commissions. As a Liberty Mobile PR Retail Kiosk Manager for My Wireless, you will be: 





  • Helping Liberty wireless customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service 




  • Training and developing your skills and your team's skills to become top Liberty Retail Sales Representatives, leading to further opportunities within the management structure! 




  • Ensuring the team is actively prospecting new leads and executing cold calls to drive customer acquisition and grow the Liberty subscriber base. 




  • Leading by example as a Seller-Manager by maintaining high personal sales performance, demonstrating to the team the standards and drive expected of every Liberty representative. 




  • Maintaining a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members. 




  • Participating in and directing marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities each day. 




  • Executing daily operational needs and fully supporting your leadership team while managing kiosk performance. 




  • Coaching and motivating team members through real-time floor feedback to drive consistent sales results.  




  • Ensuring full compliance with Liberty brand standards, planogram guidelines, and promotional setups.
