Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) who compassionate, reliable, and passionate about elder care.  As part of our care team, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents' health and well-being through medication administration and daily assistance, all while fostering a calm and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications in accordance with physicians' orders and care plans.
  • Observe and document residents' conditions, reporting changes promptly to the D.O.N.
  • Support residents with activities of daily living as needed (e.g., hygiene, mobility).
  • Supervise and assist with meals, snacks and hydration according to programming.
  • Build trusting relationships with residents and families to support person-centered care.
  • Participate in life enrichment activities and promote resident engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with state regulations and facility policies.
  • Contribute to a warm, homelike atmosphere that reflects our dementia care philosophy.
Qualifications:
  • Active CMT certifications in the state of Kentucky.
  • 1 year experience in dementia care, personal care, or long-term care preferred.
  • Strong coble communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to work in a team-focused, resident-centered care environment.
