Job Description
Guest Travel Coordinator 


American Cruise Lines is looking to add additional Guest Travel Specialists to our Travel Coordinator team in Sandy, UT. This is a position that will manage travel for guests across our growing fleet, which includes flights and transfers for guests currently booked on our cruises. The ideal candidate for this role should be able to thrive within a fast paced environment while ensuring that all guests are provided with seamless travel arrangements. Within this role you will be responsible for making sure that all details are in place, including day-to-day coordination of sending itineraries, making and confirming reservations, and checking rates and availability.


The ability to stay organized and attention to detail are both crucial within this role while also being able to provide superior customer service. This candidate must be able to fluidly and effectively communicate with our guests including the sending of reservations and fielding questions. Responsibilities & Benefits:
  • Responsible for booking air and occasional transfers for our Guests currently booked on our cruises.
  • Exploring flight options, booking, confirming, ticketing air.
  • Sending reservations and fielding questions.

Qualifications:
  • Previous GDS experience required (Sabre preferred) and familiarity with exploring flight options, booking, confirming, and ticketing air as well as schedule changes, voids, and exchanges.
  • Previous experience arranging travel such as hotel, flights and ground transportation.
  • Internet savvy with strong knowledge of online travel sites.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft office applications.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Commute to and work in the Salt Lake City, Utah area.
Work Environment & Schedule: 
  • Must be able to commute to and from Sandy, Utah.
  • Full-time position; 40 hours a week.
