What You'll Do
As a Freelance AI Trainer and Evaluator, you鈥檒l contribute to real-world AI projects by applying your domain expertise to improve the quality and accuracy of generative AI systems. Depending on your background, your responsibilities may include:
- Translating or localizing content into regional languages
- You should know English and Bulgarian
- Assigning appropriate tags or labels to text, images, and videos
- Reviewing AI-generated outputs (content, code, or chatbot responses) for accuracy, tone, and relevance
- Providing structured feedback to enhance model performance
- Participating in small-scale coding tasks or product feature testing (for technical contributors)
You will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and projects, with tasks available around the clock
馃攳 About the Role
As an聽Expert/Freelancer, you will:
- Translating / localizing content into regional languages
- Assigning tags or labels to text, images, or videos to improve Gen AI model performance
- Evaluating Gen AI outputs for correctness (e.g., reviewing AI-generated code or responses)
- Coding and testing new product features for apps or websites
- Reviewing AI chatbot outputs for clarity, tone, or accuracy to make accurate predictions and recommendations
Who We鈥檙e Looking For
We鈥檙e hiring freelance contributors across three main profiles:
1. Professionals聽If you come from a Medical or Legal background and have at least 8 years of professional experience or have passed qualifications like the American Bar, you鈥檙e eligible to join as a subject matter expert.
2. Experts聽We鈥檙e looking for individuals with backgrounds in STEM, Computer Science, Law (LLM), Education (teachers/academics), or Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics). You should either hold a Master鈥檚 or PhD degree or have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
3. Pro Hobbyists聽If you have deep expertise in Music, Sports, or Video Editing鈥攕uch as professional athletes, coaches, physiotherapists, or trained musicians鈥攁nd meet the criteria of a Master鈥檚/PhD or 8+ years of experience, you qualify as a Pro Hobbyist contributor.
