This Position is for Summer School 2026 only and does not constitute employment for the 2026-2027 school year.

SUMMER SCHOOL ELL/Bilingual AIDE REQUIREMENTS:

Paraprofessional certification

Three years of experience in assisting classroom teacher with providing non instructional supervisory assistance to students with limited English proficiency by facilitating language acquisition and academic success under the guidance of the certified teacher. 

Assist the teacher in maintaining discipline as needed

Assist the teacher in maintaining order and neatness in the classroom

Attend to the students during bathroom breaks

Additional duties as assigned by the teacher and/or Principal

Compensation per the Local 1220 Bargaining Agreement.
