Position Overview: Automotive Sales Consultant
As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Huntington Volvo, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. This role focuses on relationship-building, product knowledge, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Present financing and leasing options clearly and confidently
- Negotiate pricing within dealership guidelines
- Maintain knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Complete all sales documentation accurately
- Work closely with finance and service teams
- Ensure showroom vehicles are clean and presentation-ready
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
- Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to complete ongoing training

- Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week
- Monday–Friday + Saturday availability required
