• Communicate proactively with other disciplines and take on Technical Leadership Role to develop Chip top and Blocks thoroughly from specification, design, verification and production support
• Define chip top development plan based on product features and schedule
• Hands-on design layout and verification using related tools
• Lead and expand the capacity of the Analog Layout Team
• Continuously improve development process, layout design quality and efficiency within the team

• 5+ years experience with analog layout design and verification
• 3+ years experience as a Technical Leader to develop chip top layout
• Result oriented and embrace change behaviors
• Good communication and inter personal skills
• People management skill and experience is a plus
• Experience / knowledge in CMOS Image Sensor is a plus
• Experience / knowledge about programing skill (SKILL, Calibre, Python, Perl, VBA) is a plus
• BS in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
