As the Academy Instructor, you will support the delivery of Aerones Training Programs, helping technicians and operators develop the skills and knowledge needed to perform safely and effectively across all service lines.
This is a development role for individuals transitioning from Field operations to Training delivery. Working under the guidance of Senior Instructors, the Academy Instructor delivers training sessions, assists with curriculum development, and builds instructional expertise. Success in this role opens a clear path to Senior Instructor and broader Academy leadership opportunities.

About the Role
What are the main responsibilities of this Role?
- Deliver classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions at the Denton Training Center
- Conduct in-turbine training under Senior Instructor supervision, demonstrating proper techniques for robot deployment and service execution
- Support training delivery during Field deployments and project sites as required
- Prepare training rooms, equipment, and materials prior to sessions
- Maintain professional training environment focused on Learning Outcomes
