Job Description

Job Summary

At Create Music Group, we are building the systems that power how the company, our partners, and our customers operate at scale. The Product Lead will own product domains and are accountable for the outcomes they deliver. They will identify the most important problems within those domains and work closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders to turn solutions into real impact.

We are looking for experienced product builders with a track record of taking products from early exploration through scale. This role requires hands-on experience building and shipping software with engineering and design teams, along with strong fluency using modern AI tools across the product development workflow. This role is best suited for builders who have taken products 0→1, scaled them 2→10, and enjoy working across the full lifecycle through enterprise scale, including shipping AI-enabled products and features.

If you enjoy choosing meaningful problems and building products that drive real impact, we’d love to talk.

Responsibilities

  • Own one or more product domains and the outcomes they deliver
  • Identify high-leverage product problems and translate them into clear product hypotheses
  • Work closely with data, design and engineering to turn those hypotheses into working software
  • Dive deep into operational, technical, and user context, then simplify that complexity into clear solutions for users and partners
  • Use AI tools across the product stack to explore ideas, prototype solutions, and accelerate iteration
  • Run experiments and product iterations, ship improvements quickly, and learn from real usage
  • Build systems across workflows, data, and internal platforms used across the company
  • Share insights and learnings that help the team continuously improve how we build products
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of product management experience building and shipping software products
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver production software
  • Experience leading products or systems through multiple lifecycle stages, including new product development and scaling existing systems
  • Strong product management experience building and shipping software products with engineering and design teams
  • Demonstrated ability to take products from early exploration (0→1) through scaling and operational maturity (2→10 and beyond)
  • Experience owning product domains and delivering measurable product or business outcomes
  • Ability to deeply understand complex workflows, technical systems, and user needs, and translate them into simple and effective product solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, data, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience running product discovery, experimentation, and iterative product development
  • Fluency using modern AI tools across the product development workflow (e.g., for discovery, prototyping, analysis, and iteration)
  • Understanding of the limitations and product tradeoffs of AI-powered user experiences

Pay Scale

  • $155,000 - $175,000 per year
  • The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
