What is Required?
- Master’s degree in Accounting preferred
- Active CPA required
- 8 years of strong technical accounting experience, writing technical white papers, SEC reporting, Public Accounting/External Audit/Audit Readiness, and IPO/SPAC experience in a managerial position
- Public Accounting experience and implementing new accounting standards across an organization, US GAAP reconciliation and translations, drafting SEC Comment Letter responses, and IFRS is preferred
- Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
You will report to the Vice President Financial Reporting.
