We?re looking for a reliable, detail-focused, and safety-minded Loading Associate to join our Distribution team! This hands-on, fast-paced role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys physically active work that keeps the day moving.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify and load materials based on load sheets and product labels.
- Safely handle and secure doors and trim on delivery trucks using dollies, floats, or manual lifting.
- Double-check product counts and report any damage or issues to team leads.
- Assist in inventory accuracy by performing material verifications and quantity checks.
- Jump in to support unloading or order picking as needed to keep operations flowing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures throughout the shift.

Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely and regularly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout an 8?10 hour shift.
- Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Commitment to workplace safety and best ergonomic practices.
