Job Description




  • JOB RELATIONSHIPS




    • Responsible to: Rehab Services Director





  • DEFINITION OF POSITION




    • The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to patients who require restoration of physical and mental functioning in order to gain independence in self-care and other activities. May supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aids.





  • QUALIFICATIONS




    • Professional




      • Entry level Master's degree preferred.



      • Current Occupational Therapist License required.



      • Experience in mental health treatment, conducting evaluations, group facilitation skills preferred.



      • BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
