We are currently hiring a 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to help maintain our equipment, facilities, and production systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Job Function
Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and production equipment issues
Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls
Repair and maintain industrial machines and building systems
Assist with installation and repair projects
Work with third-party contractors (electricians, plumbers, etc.) when needed
Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS system
Monitor maintenance inventory, parts, and supplies
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime
Required Skills
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems and equipment
Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures
Ability to work with tools, equipment, and machinery
Steel processing experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking systems
Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
