Responsibilities

Wash, dry, vacuum, and detail customer and dealership vehicles according to service standards
Perform interior cleaning including dashboards, windows, carpets, and upholstery
Conduct exterior cleaning including hand washes, wheel cleaning, and tire dressing
Safely move vehicles between service bays, wash areas, parking lots, and delivery areas
Ensure vehicles are ready for customer pickup in a timely manner
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or concerns to service advisors or management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of wash bays, vacuum areas, and service drive
Refill supplies and notify management when inventory is low
Follow dealership safety procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Assist technicians and service advisors with vehicle transport as needed
Park vehicles in designated areas and maintain orderly lot appearance
Remove trash and personal items from vehicles with care and professionalism
Adhere to time management expectations to support service department efficiency
Provide courteous and respectful treatment of customer vehicles at all times
Perform light janitorial duties related to the service area as assigned

Qualifications

Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
