What you’ll do:
•Manage and maintain automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and servos, ensuring proper backups, software/hardware updates, and adherence to programming standards across production equipment.
•Support shop floor operations and troubleshooting, resolving machine stops, quality issues, and process problems related to automation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams through structured problem-solving (8D).
•Drive continuous improvement and technical development, leading optimization projects, updating documentation and spare parts lists, training technical personnel, and supporting machinery design and modifications aligned with operational standards.
What is required:
•Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or related field, with solid experience in industrial automation environments.
•Advanced technical expertise in PLC programming and automation systems, including pneumatics, mechanics, vision/camera systems, and torque control programming.
•Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to interact in technical discussions within global teams and support cross-functional collaboration.
