We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at Fossil Group in India. If you are passionate about brand marketing and enjoy executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels, this could be the perfect role for you. In this dynamic and global company, you will play a key role in bringing the Armani brand story to life through seamless campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence.
What you will do in this role
Execute and track seasonal marketing campaigns across Digital, PR, Influencer, Retail/POS, OOH, Print, Mall Media, and E-commerce channels
Coordinate end-to-end campaign timelines, deliverables, and go-live readiness with agencies and internal stakeholders
Manage creative briefing, asset collation, and quality control to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and accuracy of SKU, pricing, and product details
Support digital campaign operations including creative checks, proof-of-execution validation, and performance tracking
Coordinate PR, influencer marketing, celebrity shoots, and brand activations to ensure timely execution and asset readiness
Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and production support for launches and marketing activations
Raise and track purchase orders, process invoices, and maintain marketing spend trackers in alignment with finance procedures
Oversee vendor onboarding, quotations, and documentation while ensuring compliance and audit readiness
Compile campaign performance reports, proof-of-execution documentation, and competitor benchmarking insights
Act as the operational link between internal teams including Retail, E-commerce, Visual Merchandising, Finance, and external agencies and vendors
Who You Are
2–5 years of experience in marketing execution, brand marketing, or integrated marketing roles
Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is preferred
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Experience working with creative, media, PR, influencer, and production agencies
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and brand consistency
Good understanding of purchase orders, invoice processing, and budget tracking
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach
