Role Overview 

The General Manager has full responsibility for restaurant performance, including: 

● Managing financial performance and profitability 

● Hiring, training, and developing leaders 

● Controlling food and labor costs 

● Ensuring strong guest satisfaction 

● Driving sales and local marketing efforts 

● Building a positive, high-accountability culture 

Ideal Candidate 

● 2+ years restaurant management experience

● Leadership and team-development mindset
