We’re looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Install Supervisor to lead our install team. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused—you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure quality installations, and support technicians in the field. Pay: $90K-100K

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate residential plumbing installation projects


• Lead, train, and mentor install technicians


• Ensure all work meets code requirements and company quality standards


• Manage job schedules, materials, and workflow efficiency


• Perform site visits and assist with complex installs as needed


• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction


• Enforce safety standards and best practices
