Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on the Night Shift, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs, monitoring their condition and reporting changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
• Provide education and guidance to nursing staff, promoting continuous learning and professional development
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory requirements and facility policies
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Requirements:
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse
Current New York State RN license
Current work authorization
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
Excellent clinical skills, with the ability to assess patients' needs and develop effective care plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
