THE OPPORTUNITY
We have exciting new opportunities for Business Development Managers to join our FUJIFILM Process Automation group in both Melbourne and Sydney.
 

In these new roles, your key focus will be to sell Process Automation Solutions to new customers, while building long term relationships and driving business growth through identifying and fulfilling customer needs.  These roles will involve 80% of lead generation/ bringing new business and 20% of upselling and cross selling with existing clients.

We are looking for proactive individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative fast-paced environment while delivering the best customer experience.  We employ a hybrid working charter with flexible working options and 3 days/ week office attendance.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Growing the FUJIFILM Process Automation business unit by securing new customers and identifying opportunities across Corporate and local government sectors
• Cross-sell and upsell through relationships across the FUJIFILM divisions and operating companies, such as co-selling with strategic software vendors and partners
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including Pre-Sales, Inside Sales and Marketing
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, and contributing to monthly revenue goals
• Running solution demonstrations with prospective customers
• Generate proposal agreements and negotiating complex sales cycles
• Ensuring weekly sales forecasts are reported and monitored

Skills & Qualifications
• Broad experience in B2B sales of business solutions, software, or services with understanding of complex sales cycles and solutions selling
• Business Process Automation experience, such as ERP/CRM solution selling, or Business & Robotic Process Automation Software sales
• Knowledge of Business Process Analysis and Re-engineering 
• An understanding of corporate business processes will be highly regarded - such as Finance AP/AR, HR, Operations, Procurement or Customer Service
• Proven track record in developing net new logo business
• Ability to run software and solution demonstrations, including a general knowledge of IT Enterprise Architecture
• Understanding of customer drivers such as purchasing/decision processes
• Experience engaging with C level executives going through digital transformation
