Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Service Business in ROA to achieve performance targets (revenue, hours, costs)
• Profitably grow the sales of service in ROA by collaborating with Sales Teams
• Identify new Service trends and opportunities (markets/products, customers, type of purchase, business models such as rental/certified pre-ownership and other digital services…)
• Build complex Service offers high value contracts, complex contracts, Customer-specific solutions.
• Ensure the regional service team provide efficient and effective response to warranty and repair requests.
• Improve efficiency and productivity of service personnel.
• Use service to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage and develop the service teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Channels teams to audit, select and certify Authorized Service Partners
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of related Services & Solutions or Commercial experience in a related industry with proven success in transforming a service department from cost center to profit center
• Technical background or ability to understand technical topics. Preferred: Experience with Fixed Gas & Flame Detection, Instruments or Automation
• Budget and personnel management
• Understanding of business financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Income Statements…)
• Premium Customer-Centric mindset and excellent customers relationship
• Strong presentation (Building and presenting slides decks) and persuasion skills.
• Strong leadership and professional development skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Proven ability to drive change and improve results within a department and region.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively
• Experience with SaaS Business models.
• Experience with Leadership of leaders
• Engineering or Business degree (Master)
• Very good English– speaking and written
